Pest Arrest LLC SMS Notification Program

Pest Arrest LLC uses SMS messaging to send internal operational notifications to authorized company staff so they can promptly respond to customer inquiries and service requests.

These messages are used strictly for internal business operations. Customers do not receive SMS messages from this program.

How Consent Is Collected

Employees and authorized staff members provide their mobile phone numbers directly to Pest Arrest LLC during onboarding or internal administrative setup.

Consent is obtained verbally during onboarding or when setting up internal communication systems.

Verbal Consent Script

During onboarding, employees are informed of SMS communications using the following language:

“We use SMS notifications to send internal alerts, including summaries of customer calls so you can follow up quickly. Message frequency varies depending on call volume. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Do you consent to receive these work-related SMS notifications?”

Employees who agree are enrolled in the notification system.

Simulated Consent Conversation

Employee: “How will I receive customer call alerts?”
Manager: “We send SMS notifications to your phone with call summaries so you can respond quickly.”
Manager: “Message frequency varies depending on call volume, and message and data rates may apply.”
Manager: “You can opt out anytime by replying
STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.”
Manager: “Do you consent to receive these work-related SMS notifications?”
Employee: “Yes.”

How Consent Is Recorded

Employee phone numbers and consent are collected and documented during onboarding or administrative setup.

This information is stored internally as part of company records and is used solely for operational communication purposes.

Purpose of Messages

SMS messages include internal alerts such as summaries of inbound customer calls handled by our AI receptionist system. These messages may include:

  • Caller name

  • Caller phone number

  • City or location

  • Description of the issue

  • Instruction to follow up with the customer

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on inbound customer call volume and business activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient is re-enrolled.

Help Instructions

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact our office directly.

Confirmation Message (Optional)

After enrollment, recipients may receive a confirmation message such as:

Pest Arrest notifications activated. You will receive internal operational alerts related to customer call summaries. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
